LOCATION DESCRIPTION

Because of it's central location to other medical offices and Bay Area Hospital, our office will be easy to find. My office now is adjacent to my residence. This small but very nice office has a separate entrance, a waiting room, a large restroom that enables the handicap, and it provides a private exam and treatment room.

Our office address is 2780 N. 15th Ct. (Court) in Coos Bay, Oregon, just off the north side of Thompson Road.

For additional reference, follow the Hospital signs leading you toward Bay Area Hospital located 1775 Thompson Road, Coos Bay, Oregon. Look on the north side of Thompson Road for 15th Court. It is one block east of South Coast Hospice and Palliative Care Services located 1620 Thompson Road, Coos Bay, OR. They are set back off Thompson Road and located just to the east of John Breuer's Southwest Physical Therapy at 1650 Thompson Road, Coos Bay, Oregon.

Additional note, be sure to visibly spot 15th Ct. (Court) which can easily be mistaken with N.15th St. (Street), which is one block east of us.
